NutraQ is on the journey towards building the best subscription-based business platform in Europe. A key requirement to reach our ambition is strong IT infrastructure and expertise in our company. We are therefore looking for a candidate with technical capabilities and system administration experience to replace one of our team members and support the development of the IT team and NutraQ overall.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer NutraQ IT systems to ensure stable ICT operations, in particular Azure/ MS365 infrastructure as well as support towards Customer Service telephony systems
- Develop, maintain and secure existing IT infrastructure, both in-house and out-sourced, and upgrade in line with market developments
- Lead and/ or support technical deliveries for other departments and projects
- Regular contact with vendors to ensure proper licensing and support agreement coverage
- Provide technical advice to the rest of the organization
You will be part of a passionate ICT and Web team that currently consists of 13 team members across 4 countries – handling IT system administration, IT support as well as digital/ web development including UX design.
Technical qualifications:
- University degree in IT and/or 5 years + experience from IT operations
- Experience with:
o Cisco product line including Meraki, Classic, UCCX, CUCM
o Microsoft Azure
- Linux experience is a plus
- Information security/ cyber security qualifications are a plus
- Fluency in English, both orally and written; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
